Shipping Receiving and Inventory Clerk

We are currently seeking to fill an immediate opening for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position has divided duties between Inventory and Shipping & Receiving. Responsibilities include:
Building packaging for shipping sensitive systems.
Packing systems and parts for successful transport using common carriers.
Completing packing slips and required freight or customs (if international) documentation.
Shipping items using UPS, FedEx, or AES shipping software as noted.
Maintaining shipping records and troubleshooting shipment delivery problems.
Receiving shipments and incoming materials, verifying completeness of order and notifying the Purchaser of discrepancies between the PO and packing ship.
Delivering incoming materials to appropriate department or inspection personnel.
Assisting with inventory cycle counting.
Pulling kits for Production and notifying Supply Chain Manager of shortages. Fulfilling shortages and releasing kits to Production with guidance from the Supply Chain Manager.
Completing Shipping and Receiving in ERP accounting system.
Completing and filing paper shipping and receiving records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2 or more years shipping/receiving experience, shipping using UPS, FedEx, and AES systems. International shipping experience is required. Prior inventory experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft office is a plus. Candidates must be fluent in English, have some experience with an ERP system (Sage 100 ERP, preferred), be very organized, and be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
This position is full-time with insurance benefits available after 90 days.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
