PROFESSIONAL, INFANT EXPERIENCED NANNY NEEDED Location:

anytime between May 1st-13th First time parents are searching for an energetic, social, outdoorsy, professional, infant experienced nanny to care for their sweet baby girl who will be 3 months at the start date.
They need a nanny for 40 hours a week Mon-Fri from 7:
30-3:
30 or 8-4.
They have some flexibility on the start and end times.
These parents are looking for a nanny who truly loves being a nanny and who wants to become part of the family.
They are looking for a nanny who has at least 1 year of professional newborn and infant experience, who genuinely loves working with children, who has a strong understanding of child development to ensure daytime activities are beneficial to their daughter, who can follow a schedule, be great at communication and stay organized to complete tasks throughout the day.
They are also looking for a nanny that is creative and can come up with developmentally appropriate activities for their infant.
Mom will still be nursing and sometimes nannywill bring baby to mom for this.
Nanny must also have full knowledge of the safe handling of breast milk and bottle feeding.
Both parents work from home and want to be sure they find a nanny who is confident and comfortable with them working from home.
A nanny that isn't afraid to sing, dance around and be silly with the baby while parents can hear is a must for this family.
A nanny who is self-conscious is not a good fit.
A nanny who likes dogs is a must as they have a medium sized dog who likes to be part of things.
This family has a gentle parenting style.
As they are new to parenting, they want to raise their daughter by letting her know her feelings to be seen and heard.
They plan to set rules and boundaries once she is older and have based some of their parenting ideas off the book Good inside by Dr.
