We are looking for motivated, professional, compassionate individuals to join our staff! Pay starts between $17-$20/hour based on education and/or experience; after a 3-month orientation period there is a $1-$2/hour increase.
$1 shift differential for working overnight shifts.
We offer monthly paid supervision and financial assistance for addiction counseling education.
First of of hiring bonus gets paid after first 90 days of employment.
Second half of hiring bonus paid after 180 days of employment.
Mental Health Tech supports the organization's mission and clients in various ways:
treats clients, families, co-workers and outside contacts with empathy, respect and dignity at all times utilizes verbal de-escalation techniques and reflective listening skills to help support clients through crisis or emotional dysregulation.
performs various tasks and duties throughout shifts including drug and alcohol monitoring, medication monitoring, 12 step facilitation and transportation, client observation and reporting, documentation and notes, and various housekeeping duties.
Maintains appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
Models healthy communication and coping skills.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Runs program as designed.
Communicates effectively with other staff and communicates issues as needed to clinical staff.
Attends weekly staff meetings for appropriate treatment planning and coordination of care.
Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information and records.
